A software company in Lusaka, building for Zambia and beyond.
DeepScale Technologies builds custom software, AI-powered systems and digital products. We work with startups finding their footing, established SMEs digitising operations that still run on paper, and organisations that need a technology partner who will still be there after launch.

Why we exist
A great deal of business in Zambia still runs on paper, spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages. Not because the people running it don't know better, but because the software built for them is usually either too expensive, designed for a market that works nothing like theirs, or abandoned by whoever built it six months after launch.
We started DeepScale to be the alternative: a team that scopes honestly, prices transparently, builds on technology the client can actually maintain, and stays engaged once the invoice is paid.
We also build and run our own products — AirConnect for flight booking, RecruitAI for hiring. Operating our own software keeps us honest about the part most agencies never have to face: what it costs to keep something running years after launch.
What we stand behind
We tell you when we are not the right fit
If your problem is better solved by an off-the-shelf tool or another team, we will say so on the first call. A referral costs us a project and earns us a reputation.
We build what you can maintain
Technology choices are made for the team that inherits them, not for our own preferences. That sometimes means a less fashionable stack, chosen because you can hire for it locally.
Fixed scope, fixed price, no surprises
We agree the price before work starts and stick to it. If scope changes, we tell you what it costs before we build it, not after.
We ship our own products too
AirConnect and RecruitAI are ours. Building and running our own software keeps us honest about what it actually takes to maintain something after launch.
Who you'll work with
We're a small, senior team — you talk to the people who build your software, not an account manager relaying messages. Want to know exactly who that would be? Ask us on a call.
